Lazio sports director Ighli Tare has announced fullback Aleksandar Kolarov is on his way to Manchester City.
The 24-year-old has just 12 months remaining on his Lazio contract and reports suggest the clubs have agreed a fee in the region of 22.5million (£19million).
Tare believes Lazio have done all they can to help push the transfer through and is not anticipating any issues in the Serbia international finalising a move to the Premier League.
"Kolarov to Manchester City? There are no problems," Tare told Sky Italia.
"Lazio has already done what it had to do. We are waiting for developments in the coming days.
"It is not important if the figure is 20million or not, what counts is the willingness of both parties to close the deal."
