Lazio boss Stefano Pioli knows Monday night's game with Fiorentina is being billed as Felipe Anderson versus Mohamed Salah.
Salah, on-loan from Chelsea, has been outstanding since his January move to the Viola.
"They are important players, but the collective always wins over individuals. We need to play with a lot of quality," said Pioli.
"Felipe Anderson is quick and unpredictable. Salah has extraordinary pace and is capable of turning a match on its head. We are prepared to face these challenges.
"In this season we laid solid foundations for the future with a good mixture of youth and experience. There's a long way to go. Fiorentina have been on that path for three years.
"We still need to work out how to control the game without always going a mile a minute. When we learn to control ourselves and control the space, then we can do better."
