Lazio boss Petkovic hails "spectacular" Napoli point

Lazio coach Vladimir Petkovic described their 1-1 draw with Napoli as "spectacular".

Sergio Floccari had given the Biancocelesti an early lead and they dominated the first half, but were caught at the 87th minute by Hugo Campagnaro's volley for a 1-1 result.

"I compliment my lads because we put in a great performance. We suffered when necessary and created a great deal too.

"We deserved to win a spectacular game, but Napoli deserve compliments too. It was a wonderful match.

"We had several opportunities to make it 2-0, but weren't sharp enough to finish them off. It's a shame we did not win this evening.

"The first half was excellent, but we also did well after the break. Walter Mazzarri played with four strikers at the end, yet we hit the bar after their equaliser and could've won. We need to be more aggressive in the box.

"Lorenzo Insigne caused a lot of problems down the left and he really changed the game. He's so strong when he has the ball at his feet.

"Lazio are on the right path to become one of the big clubs. We were unlucky today, but in future good fortune will be on our side."
