Lazio coach Davide Ballardini rates his striker Mauro Zarate ahead of Antonio Cassano.

Lazio face Cassano's Sampdoria today and Ballardini said: "Would I rather have Zarate or Cassano? I am more than happy to have the Argentine, just as I expect [Gigi] Del Neri is satisfied to be training Cassano.

"They are certainly players outside the norm, that is inarguable. I find that Cassano gives his best in the final pass, whereas Zarate seeks the back of the net more."
