Lazio have opened new contract talks with Goran Pandev.

Corriere dello Sport says Pandev still has two years left on his existing deal, but Lazio president Claudio Lotito wants to secure the Macedonia international long-term.

Lazio midfielder Stefano Mauri has also opened negotiations over an improved deal.
