Miroslav Klose could still split from Lazio in the summer.

The striker has triggered an automatic 12 month contract extension after making his 20th appearance this season.

However, nothing will be decided between the two parties until the summer.

If Stefano Pioli's team qualify for Europe, then Klose will stay. But if they miss out, the German striker will be allowed to move on.

A switch to MLS has been mooted for the veteran striker.
