Chelsea boss Antonio Candreva is eager to pounce for Lazio captain Antonio Candreva.

Yesterday, Lazio chief Igli Tare announced Candreva will leave the club this summer.

Along with Chelsea, Napoli and Inter Milan are also interested in the Italy international.

Conte is a huge fan, having worked with Candreva as Italy coach and would love to be reunited with the midfielder at Stamford Bridge.

"Candreva has asked to leave the club, and we have already secured his successor if he leaves," revealed Tare.
