Liverpool legend Mark Lawrenson can see Raheem Sterling having a big World Cup this summer.
Lawro wrote in the Liverpool Echo: "On the face of it, Sterling faces a lot of competition with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Andros Townsend and, if he returns to fitness, Theo Walcott, all similar players competing for similar positions.
"But Sterling is the man in form.
"His performance in the FA Cup defeat at Arsenal last month certainly helped win over a number of London-based pundits who perhaps hadn't seen enough of Sterling in the flesh to be convinced of his talent.
"It also helps that Liverpool are keeping him on the straight and narrow."
