The minders of Napoli star Ezequiel Lavezzi insists the Argentine is prepared to get his head down and work in preseason.

Eduardo Rossetto said: "Ezequiel Lavezzi has returned to Naples to prepare with the team in Austria, he is peacefully working as a player doing his duty out of loyalty as someone who is under contract.

"He does not ask for an increase in salary and does not want to continue to endure insults. He only wants to fulfill his duty and exercise his rights, to the best he can for himself and for the team."
