Ezequiel Lavezzi insists Napoli are capable of holding their place in the top four.

Napoli lie third in Serie A, just five points behind League leaders Milan after 13 games of the current campaign.

"I would like to finish the season in the same position as we are in now," Lavezzi said. "But it's too soon to make predictions."

Asked about the Scudetto, he said: "We are staying humble and will continue to play this way.

"We have done great and important things. We mustn't forget that we are still playing in two competitions.

"We have important alternatives even if the squad is not so numerous."
