Napoli star Ezequiel Lavezzi was delighted with victory over Cesena for their season opener.

El Pocho opened the scoring in last night's 3-1 win away to Cesena, which puts the Partenopei top of the Serie A table.

"The important thing was to win and fortunately we managed it," smiled the Argentine.
