Michael Laudrup is emerging as a favourite for the coaching position at Real Madrid.
AS says those close to Real presidential candidate Florentino Perez are pushing the Dane's credentials after his relative success at Getafe last year.
Laudrup, a former Real and Barcelona star, is now available after leaving his job at Spartak Moscow.
While his agent, Bayram Tutumlu, insists there's been no talks over the Real job, it's understood Perez's people see him as an ideal candidate for the position.
