Chelsea have NOT rejected Barcelona's latest offer for Willian.
The Daily Mail says Chelsea are considering whether to accept a £65m bid from Barcelona for Willian.
The unsettled Brazilian has been the subject of the offer from Spain, while Manchester United remain interested.
Chelsea chiefs will speak to manager Maurizio Sarri during the week to decide what they want to do.
Willian is believed to be keen on a move to Barcelona.
