Late strike puts Kennedy top of J-League goalscorers

Australia international Josh Kennedy's late equaliser for Nagoya Grampus against Gamba Osaka on Wednesday means the Socceroo star now heads the J-League goalscoring table. The 28 year old helped keep Nagoya Grampus on top of the J-League with his 11th goal of the campaign five minutes from time in the 2-2 draw with Gamba Osaka.

Kennedy will be looking to take his prolific domestic form to the international stage when the Socceroos kick-off their 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifying round 3 campaign against Thailand on September 2, reports the official AFC website.
