Last minute Everton header sinks Bolton

David Moyes praised his side's determination after seeing Belgian midfielder Marouane Fellaini head home in the 90th-minute to give Everton three valuable points at Bolton. Speaking to evertontv he said, "This team really stick at it.

"We were a little bit fortunate tonight but we dug in and kept a clean sheet and that gave us a chance of winning the game.

"I don't think either team did enough to win it really but the positive is that we kept a clean sheet which we have not done yet this season.

"It followed on from the fantastic performance against Manchester United. Now all we need to do is take this away form to Goodison and start getting some results there.

Moyes admitted that club record signing Fellaini's goalscoring form has taken him a little by surprise.

"He's getting us a few goals," he continued. "He's actually stepping up to the mark where we had thought we would nurture him in slowly.

But he's going to become a big man for us and a big figure. For a 20-year-old boy I think he's doing terrifically well."
