Juan Manuel Lillo is leaving his coaching position at Real Sociedad.

Real are set to replace Lillo with Martín Lasarte, who is regarded as among Spain's best developers of young talent.

Real are also in talks with both Barcelona and Real Madrid about taking their young players on-loan for next season.
