Las Palmas are chasing young midfield pair Marcos Llorente and Sergi Samper.
Both youngsters are thought to have big futures ahead of them and with minutes being hard to come by at Real Madrid and Barcelona, Las Palmas will be able to offer both more playing time than they will get at their current clubs.
There are several LaLiga sides interested in the two players, but Las Palmas are currently leading the chase and are able to offer more minutes than other sides.
Alaves, however, will provide competition for the signing of Llorente, as the player spent last season on loan there and is familiar with the team, the city and the dressing room, reports Marca.
