Laporta urges Barcelona fans not to panic

Barca struggled to get out of second gear in their drab 0-0 draw at Osasuna, but Laporta says: "Everything is coming together. There are four new players, but we have a solid defence and we have not conceded any goals away from home.

"It is necessary to work hard so that everything runs smoother, so the midfield players see more of the ball and the forwards create more danger."

Laporta was delighted to see Bojan Krkic make his debut and added: "We have faith in the youth system and I believe that this is positive for Barca and the world of soccer in general.

"It was good that the coach (Frank Rijkaard) gave Krkic his debut. He even created a couple of dangerous chances."
