Lanus are reluctant to part with young striker Eduardo Salvio.

Juventus chief scout Renzo Castagnini has urged his board to push the boat out for the Argentina U20 star, whose agent is set for talks with Inter Milan.

However, Lanus president Alejandro Maron says there's no need to sell and they have a policy of not parting with any player who has played less than 50 games.
