Arsenal midfielder Henri Lansbury has seen a £1.5 million offer from Norwich City turned down.
The Sun says Lansbury, 20, was on loan at Carrow Road last term as the Canaries got promoted to the top flight.
Norwich boss Paul Lambert is desperate to get him in permanently.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger rates him too but Lansbury wants a pledge he will be part of the first-team squad.
