Frank Lampard dedicated his winner at Wolves to every Chelsea fan around the world.
The midfielder insists he has plenty of mileage left in him despite AVB's concerns about the speed and mobility of his team.
Lamps said: "I'm a fit boy and feel young so, when I'm playing regularly, I'll try to get into the box as much as I can.
"They are always there when you have tough times in your career and the ovation they gave us at the end was fantastic.
"You have to be unified as a team and we showed that with the way we celebrated on Monday.
"But the real show of team spirit is how you perform on the pitch and it was the determination and togetherness of all the players that got us the result at Molineux.
"There is always a big spotlight on Chelsea and when the results go the way they have done, then people will start talking about the dressing room and the team spirit.
"So, as a group, we just need to play the way we did against Wolves and then those stories will go away." "Everyone with a Chelsea heart deserved that goal on Monday. The fans have been amazing for me for the last 11 years and now they are a part of my life.
