Frank Lampard hopes for stability at Chelsea under incoming manager Jose Mourinho.
Lampard is now keen to see a period of stability.
Asked if the steady stream of silverware proved the constant chopping and changing was a successful approach, he told The Sun: "It is a good way if you keep winning but people want stability and it makes sense to have that.
"As a player, it would be nice and I have no doubt that's what the club wants as well. This is a demanding club and we have to be demanding of ourselves.
"So we have to play our part in keeping us successful. We need good performances and to keep winning."
