Frank Lampard says Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and owner Roman Abramovich should always be remembered for the way they transformed the club.

Lampard told Nuts Magazine: "What Jose Mourinho has done in winning the titles that he's won, and bringing the best out of players like myself, is brilliant.

"So we need to remember those things and come back stronger. We've got the squad to win the title back, without a doubt.

"Roman has moved the club on a million miles from where it was and no-one should forget that. He's been fantastic.

"He's given us the opportunity to fight and to be upset about finishing second, which was unthinkable a few years ago."
