Lampard says Chelsea must look beyond Champions League final

Frank Lampard says Chelsea need to look long-term - even if they win the Champions League this season.

He points out that the club need to look beyond success in the next few days.

"It's not just about this week," said Lampard. "Even if we were to go through to the final of the Champions League, you don't get much credit for being losers. In the league we'll fight to the end; and in the Champions League, you don't get this far to come second or third. You try to win it.

"It's a tough set of games but if you want to be successful and you want to fight on different levels as we do, then you have to be big enough as a squad to stand up and do it.

"We'll take Sunday as it comes. It's up to the manager how he ducks and dives with the squad to try to be as strong as we can for both games, because they're two games we want to win."
