Lampard: No-one at Chelsea giving up on Premier League title

Chelsea ace Frank Lampard insists no-one is giving up on the Premier League at Stamford Bridge.

Last week's defeat by Liverpool makes tomorrow night's derby against Fulham a must-win game.

And Lampard said: "People would be wrong to think we've given up on the Premier League. At Chelsea, we still feel we're in it.

"We know there is an awful lot of work to do from here on after falling so far behind, but we feel we are well capable of putting the kind of run together that we now need.

"Fulham will be a tough game, but we've got the belief. If we can win in a derby then hopefully we can then put a run together to threaten top spot again.

"We never believed it when people were calling us invincible at the start of the season and we haven't listened to too much criticism during the times when we couldn't win a game.

"Football seasons are like that. Even though we lost to Liverpool, we feel we have come through the worst of it. This is when the big players and the big personalities stand up.

"The two games against United will be massive for both clubs, but whether they will decide the title I don't know. We can't afford to think about United too much.

"The two games against United will only swing it our way if we can get to within six points of them by the time the two games come around."
