Lampard: Man Utd star Pogba has one big weakness

Manchester United's Paul Pogba made his return from a hamstring injury last weekend and starred as he helped his club to a 4-1 Premier League win over Newcastle United.

The Frenchman managed to contribute one assist as well as score once and this will be encouraging signs for Jose Mourinho's side.

Chelsea legend Lampard believes that Pogba must continue to get as far up the pitch as possible running at his midfield counterparts in order to produce his best.

“I think if I've played against Paul Pogba, if he played on the halfway line and knocked it about I would be quite happy," he said on BT Sport ahead of tonight's Champions League clash away to Basel.

“He couldn't really hurt me and I actually think I could probably hurt him defensively.

“But he's so athletically good, if he tried to run me that way time and time again, he would be quicker and stronger than me and he can do things around the box.

“So that's what I want to see more of."
