Frank Lampard says Chelsea's two-goal hero Branislav Ivanovic is the best in the air at the club.

After victory at Liverpool, Lampard said: "He is fantastic in the air and he is probably the strongest player in the team.

"If you touch him he's like a rock and the way he attacked the ball for the goals was amazing. When you've got players in the team who can do that they are so important."

Chelsea keeper Petr Cech said: "I saw him do it for Serbia against France in Paris (last August), so I knew he could jump like that and score.

"You have to give him credit because it's not easy to come into a match of that size, having not played many games, and he was the difference. He was my man of the match."
