Roberto Di Matteo has been brilliant for Chelsea since taking the reins from Andre Villas-Boas in March.
The Italian has overseen 15 matches with the Blues, winning 10 and drawing 4, including last night's vital Champions League 2-2 draw at Barcelona which put the West London club through to the final.
Since he has come in, Di Matteo has completely changed the environment at Stamford Bridge and his efforts have been lauded by veteran midfielder Frank Lampard.
