Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard says they have the two best strikers in the world.

"Best in the world" is a tag the Chelsea vice-captain has long applied to Didier Drogba as well but now he wishes to extend the praise.

"Didier is so strong and his all-round game is brilliant, when he plays his best I don't think there is anyone to match him. And I want to talk about [Nicolas] Anelka as well, because he is right up there with him. We have the best strikers in the world," he told chelseafc.com.

"When you have those men up front who are organised like we have, their partnership is absolutely formidable," described Lampard.

"We came to the Arsenal game with the confidence we had after the result against Wolves and the win against Porto. It's great when you carry those through to the big games.

"When you are playing well and a lot of big players are fit and playing well then you go to games with a winning belief."
