Kutner added: "His priority is to stay with Chelsea - so it is not difficult to understand why he is desperate to get it sorted out now.
"It's no secret that Jose Mourinho would love to team up with Frank again but the fans have got to understand that it is not Frank who is holding everything up.
"We were promised a definitive, final offer in January and we've still not heard a word from Chelsea."
