AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani dined with agent Davide Lippi last night.
SportItalia says Galliani met with Lippi and new Milan signing Philippe Mexes at Giannino and dined in a private room.
Lippi does not represent Mexes, but does take care of the Italian interests of River Plate starlet Erik Lamela.
The teenage midfielder is being linked with Milan this summer.
Interestingly, Milan transfers guru Ariedo Braida will be in South America next week to check on talent in the Copa Libertadores.
