Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert senses greater self-belief inside his young squad.
Villa entertain relegation rivals QPR on Saturday having beaten Reading last week and are aiming for back-to-back League wins for the first time in two years.
Lambert believes that his Villa boys have grown into men over the course of the season and is backing them to handle the pressure against QPR.
"I don't detect any trepidation at all," said Lambert. "We have to use the adrenaline from the crowd.
"It takes a big player to play in front of a big crowd. It was a pressure game last week and we played really well. The players are growing together and I think it's great for the future."
