Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert won't set any season goals.
Lambert is aiming for a successful season with the Midlands club but refuses to set any targets in terms of where they want to finish in the table.
Asked if he had a position in mind the manager replied: "I've not. Because if I do that I'm pretty sure if we don't reach it, or we surpass it, then the expectancy level just goes through the roof every time.
"I won't put any pressure on the team that's already there. They know they're under pressure to perform."
