Norwich City boss Paul Lambert is demanding his players make one final push after defeat at Blackburn Rovers.

Lambert knows they have already exceeded all expectations with three games to go.

He said: "We have put so much into getting to where we are. I don't want the season to just fizzle out.

"Everyone to a man had us down at the start of the season. We were going to finish last.

"I had every confidence in the lads but that was the view outside the club."
