LaLiga president Javier Tebas has again spoken of PSG's financial fair play problems
Tebas remains angry over PSG's raid on Barcelona last year for Neymar - and he has also spoken of Inter Milan's attempts for Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric.
He said, "Regarding UEFA's measures against PSG? I am pessimistic. Beyond this case, I do not see how UEFA will actually tackle the problem. You have to catch the bull by the horns.
"Otherwise, the situation will be irreversible. We are not only talking about PSG or Manchester City. There is also Inter as we saw with Luka Modric. There is no need for a state to be behind a club. Sufficient capital is ample.
"The states cause inflation and dumping in all regulated competitions such as LaLiga. This year, I'm going to work a lot on this front."
