LaLiga president Javier Tebas has again taken aim at the mega spending of PSG and Manchester City.
Tebas worries for the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona and their status in Europe with the likes of PSG and City being backed by "states".
He said, "We have been watching the situation at Manchester City for a year, and we are really worried about the stability of European football, not just LaLiga.
"The football industry has not been the same for 10 years. This is a situation that lacks regulation. The fact that clubs belong to states is really disturbing. The numbers are there.
"PSG and Manchester City have made the biggest investments in players in the last four years. All is said. Either they are geniuses in the world of marketing and commercial rights, or they have won the lottery. Many decisions made in the world of football affect the competitiveness of teams."
