Rangers £3.5m signing Kyle Lafferty admits he is not performing as expected. The 21-year-old has moved to allay fears that he'll be a big-money flop.

"Rangers paid a lot of money for me and I don't think I've justified it yet.

"Hopefully, when all the injuries clear up, I can start my Ibrox career properly. The fans might be thinking I'm one of these injury-prone players, but I want to prove I'm not.

"I'm a Rangers supporter as well as a player and I'll do everything I can to bring success to the club."
