Lady Nina Bracewell-Smith has hit out at Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke. Former Arsenal director Lady Bracewell-Smith, who sold her shares to Kroenke, understands the fans' growing frustration with their absentee landlord, especially when the other significant shareholder, Alisher Usmanov, goes to far more games but is denied a place on the board.
Club vice-president Bracewell-Smith, who was also in the directors' box, told the Daily Mail: "The fans aren't the only ones who would like the chance to converse with Stan Kroenke. So would I.
"He's got what he wants, he doesn't have to listen, but he doesn't seem to understand the fans are the heart and soul of a club. We used to be a family club, but that doesn't seem to be the case any more."
