LA Galaxy in talks to bring Sao Paulo's Juninho back

MLS Cup winners LA Galaxy are determined to bring Brazilian midfielder Juninho back to the club.

The 22-year old has spent the past two season on loan with the Galaxy who are in talks with parent club Sao Paulo regarding a third loan or a permanent deal.

Juninho's contract with his homeland outfit expires in about six months but he admits he is unsure what will happen as the Paulista's may want to keep him or they could demand a transfer fee.

"The club in Brazil definitely wants something in return," Juninho said. "And they have other offers and options."

But Juninho indicated that he would like to remain with the Galaxy after helping them clinch the Supporters' Shield/MLS Cup double.

"I'm very happy here," he added. "This is a family right now, and after winning the cup, everybody is happy. I'm very secure here. I have my wife here and a lot of friends."
