LA Galaxy striker Robbie Keane has attributed his stellar form of late to being able to play injury free for the first time this campaign.
Since returning from a groin injury which hampered his start to the Major League Soccer season, Keane has found the back of the net 11 times in a dozen appearances for the Galaxy, including seven goals in his last four outings.
The 35-year-old Irishman put his hot streak down to being able to take the field with a clean bill of health.
"[It's about] fitness. Just feel good, feel 100 percent," Keane told mlssoccer.com.
"It was, obviously, a frustrating couple of months I was injured, so I've come back fit. I feel great.
"I feel like I'm kind of at my best now. Hopefully, it continues."
