LA Galaxy star Landon Donovan was named the MLS Player of the Week for Week 7 after guiding his side to a 4-0 romp over Seattle Sounders at Qwest Field.
Donovan also supplied the matchwinning assist in the Galaxy's 1-0 win over Colorado Rapids at Dick's Sporting Goods Park last Wednesday.
Donovan joins teammate Edson Buddle who has already received two Player of the Week awards.
