LA Galaxy star Landon Donovan is attracting interest from English Premier League club Manchester City. The 28-year old USA forward is wanted by City boss Roberto Mancini after impressing during last season's loan spell with Everton before starring in the World Cup with three goals.
Mancini, who has already signed World Cup stars Jerome Boateng, David Silva and Yaya Toure this summer, admitted there could be a deal for Donovan to join the Eastlands club.
"We will have to see," said Mancini. "The market is open until the end of August. It could be, because Donovan is a good player."
