LA Galaxy are firming as favourites to sign Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Off contract in June, the Swede has baulked at committing to new terms with United.

The Manchester Evening News says Ibrahimovic has agreed a pre-contract deal with the Galaxy in recent days.

And adding further fuel to the fire is Hector Hernandez, a reporter with Fox Sports, who has declared he expects the centre-forward to move to California this year.

"I can take the risk of saying that Zlatan will be playing for Los Angeles Galaxy next season. That's for certain," he claimed.
