El Mundo Deportivo says Galaxy have tabled a mega bucks offer of £12 million-a-year PLUS another £12 million for his image rights.
Galaxy are also willing to pay a massive £18 million to Barca for Ronaldinho's transfer fee.
But the Brazilian superstar is expected to reject the incredible offer as he wants to continue his career in Europe.
