Reigning MLS champions LA Galaxy have cooled their proposed interest in Chelsea veteran Frank Lampard.
Reports linking the Galaxy with the Blues star have been rife over the past few months but an LA source has revealed that they are not in active pursuit.
A recent report in the Daily Star suggested that Lampard was considering a free transfer to the Home Depot Centre where he would join former England teammate David Beckham in January but it is believed that that talk is premature at this stage.
