LA Galaxy have continued their unbeaten run to start the 2010 MLS season by defeating Colorado Rapids 1-0 at Dick's Sporting Goods Park.

The only goal of the match came in the 21st minute when veteran striker Alan Gordon headed home Landon Donovan's free-kick.

Last season's MLS Cup runners-up now have six wins and one draw from their opening seven league games and sit nine points clear of Houston Dynamo who lost 1-0 at home to FC Dallas.
