MLS club LA Galaxy have confirmed that David Beckham, along with fellow stars Landon Donovan and Robbie Keane, will be present when the team visits Indonesia.
The Galaxy will visit Jakarta in late November on their way to Australia and the company involved in the tour, Mahaka Sports, has said that Beckham will certainly be there amidst speculation regarding his playing future as his MLS contract expires soon.
"I hope there will be no problems, and we hope the Galaxy will come as the Major League Soccer champion. Beckham, Donovan and Keane are confirmed and Beckham will play for at least 45 minutes, according to our contract," Mahaka director Hasani Abdulgani said.
However, the Galaxy's opponent for the November 30 friendly has not been sorted with the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) not sure whether it will be an Indonesian Premier League selection or the national U23 team.
