Ruud Gullit believes Chelsea may be struggling to find a new manager because of the pressure of the job at Stamford Bridge.
"But at the same time it brings a lot of pressure, and any manager who goes there has to accept that he has to win the Champions League.
"Maybe that is off putting to some coaches. Whether there is too much pressure, I don't know."
The Dutch great added: "The situation is confusing. We hear that Frank Rijkaard is the favourite and then it looks like that won't happen.
"Then it's Ancelotti but he rules himself out of the running. Nobody seems to know what's going on. The only man who has any idea is Abramovich."
