LA Galaxy skipper Robbie Keane is looking forward to playing in front of an antagonistic crowd in the CONCACAF Champions League on Thursday night.
The MLS champions take on Costa Rican club CS Herediano at Estadio Eladio Rosabal Cordero in the quarter-final first leg and Keane indicated that he will relish the likely hostile nature of the home fans and the setting of the stadium.
"It's always good to go to different places and experience different things," said Keane.
"The atmosphere is always electric...if you play in the second division in the UK then a lot of the stadiums are like this. It'll be a hostile environment...and it's good to be involved in good games like this."
The Galaxy will navigate the first leg in Coast Rica before returning to California for the return bout at The Home Depot Center next week.
