LA Galaxy have assured fans that David Beckham will be available for the 2009 MLS kickoff. Reacting to claims that Beckham was in talks over extending his two-month loan at AC Milan, the Galaxy released a statement rubbishing the reports.
The statement said: "Reports that David Beckham is in advanced talks to extend his loan move beyond March are untrue.
"We look forward to having David back with us for the start of the 2009 MLS season."
